Your first impression is sometimes your only chance when get a client’s attention. With a professional headshot to display on your marketing material, you make a great first impression and put an image of trust out to potential clientele. With our headshot packages, we offer 5 digital images to choose from, you will receive all images in high-resolution digital with print release and a PNG file of your choice. The price also includes any touch-up that you would like done such as skin smoothing, blemish removal, or wrinkle reduction. We also go on location to your place of business to capture your image so you don’t have to miss any time with your workflow. If you have an entire office that needs headshots for an upcoming media push, we have custom packages available with special rates.

Other Information

• We photograph 5 days a week, Tuesday- Saturday, but if your schedule is completely booked on those days, we can book on Sunday on a case-by-case basis. When booking please fill out your top three choices for your session time.

• I travel all over the country for photography and keep my pricing the same with the exception of travel. Please contact the studio for a travel quote at 423-521-7427. Please have an exact location where you would like the session to take place so we can plan accordingly

• When you book your session with Matt & Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this session fees and deposits are non-refundable.

• Please make sure to select the session that will fulfill your photography needs for time, outfits, and location.

• If the weather is not cooperating according to the forecast on the morning of your session, we will reschedule you for a different day. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.

• Additional images will be taken and shown at all selection and creation sessions and will be available for purchase if desired.

• In the event that you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
